Training other people?

Roster plans for personal trainers and coaches start at 5 people, with a 30-day trial.

### Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. Sign up with your email and train for 14 days. When the trial ends, choose a plan and add a card to keep going.

### What do I get during the trial?

Everything: every goal and program, performance tests, the full Wave Engine, and connecting your own AI assistant.

### Is the first-year price for everyone?

It is for new members. Your first year of Annual is $80.95, then it renews at $139.95 a year. If you have had a plan before, Annual is $139.95.

### Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can switch between plans from your account settings.

### How do I cancel?

From your account settings, at any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
